Olyan edzést végzünk, ami nem hatalmas izmokat épít, hanem szálkás, funkcionális izomzatot hoz létre. Mivel főként saját súlyunkkal terheljük a testünket, ezért hihetetlenül erős, arányos és szépen kidolgozott lesz az izomzatunk és ehhez nincs szükség drága kondigépekre vagy nagy súlyzókra. Igazi otthoni edzés felszerelés és eszközök nélkül.

3. KÉPESSÉG FEJLESZTÉS

Az edzésprogram során több képességet is fejlesztünk egyszerre: erőt, állóképességet, hajlékonyságot, koordinációt, gyorsaságot, akár robbanékonyságot is. Illetve nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a törzs izmainak fejlesztésére, valamint a stabilizáló izmainkra. Fontos, hogy a „core” erős legyen.

4. KIVITELEZÉS

A gyakorlatok bárhol elvégezhetők, otthon a szobában, vagy akár egy parkban. Minimális felszerelés szükséges hozzá (ami akár az otthonodban is megtalálható). 7 hetes edzésprogramok, melyek egymásra épülnek, mindig megújulnak, ezért a fejlődésed nem áll meg. Egy edzés 30 perces, választható edzés tematikával. Minden gyakorlatnak létezik könnyített formája is, így mindenki el tudja kezdeni.

2017-ben, a Mozgásstúdiónk létrehozásával egy olyan prémium edzőterem megalkotása volt a célunk, ahol jó hangulatban, egy igazi közösségben edzhet mindenki úgy, hogy közben a maximális teljesítményt nyújtja magasan képzett személyi edzőink szakmai felügyelete és koordinálása mellett. Mindezt pedig egy központi fekvésű, budapesti privát stúdióban (max 2 fő edz egyszerre), profin és teljeskörűen felszerelt, tiszta és rendezett körülményekkel álmodtuk és valósítottuk meg.

Több, mint 3,5 év működés és több, mint tízezer (10.000!!!) Power Plate gépeken végzett 30 perces személyi edzés megtartását és több 100 elégedett vendég átváltozását követően, felmerült az igény rá, hogy online, otthonról végezhető saját testsúlyos edzést is hozzunk létre. Ennek az eredménye lett a „PULSE ONLINE EDZÉSPROGRAM„. Ez bárki számára elérhető, teljes testes és szeparált gyakorlatokat tartalmazó edzésekkel várunk minden kedves mozogni vágyót. Az edzésterv egyaránt szól kezdőknek és haladóknak, nőknek és férfiaknak.

A tréningek mellett természetesen kiemelten fontos a kiegyensúlyozott, helyes táplálkozás a maximális eredmény érdekében, amelyben szintén tudunk segítséget nyújtani, hogy egészségesen és fitten élhess.

Az edzésprogramokat leírással és a videókkal e-mailen fogod megkapni pdf formátumban.

Amennyiben korábban nem jártál edzeni vagy maximum hetente 1-2 alkalommal mozogtál, javasoljuk, hogy a „Kezdő csomagot” válaszd, míg ha rendszeresen edzel és heti 3-4 alkalommal is mozogsz válaszd bátran a „Haladó csomagot”.

Minden edzésünk 30 perces, melyet a videón követhetsz végig. Ezek a videós anyagok profin megvágott, összeállított anyagok, visszaszámlálóval, idő kijelzéssel, hangjelzésekkel és zenei aláfestéssel. Neked kizárólag a gyakorlatot tartó edzőre kell figyelned törekedni a minél helyesebb kivitelezésre.

Természetesen nőknek és férfiaknak is ajánlott az otthon végezhető edzés.

A videókhoz korlátlan hozzáférést kapsz. Szóval bármikor és bármennyiszer újra edzhetsz rájuk.

Természetesen. Akár nehezíteni, akár könnyíteni szeretnél az edzéseiden, akár nehezíteni, van lehetőséged megvásárolni a „Kezdő” vagy akár a „Haladó” csomagot is a továbbiakban, ha végeztél az edzésekkel.
